Chunfeng Li – bass

He is a remarkably gifted bass with a voice of great range and power. He performs as an operatic soloist on three continents. He has recently made his debuts with New York Symphony Orchestra in fully staged performance of La Boheme and worked with St. Petersburge Opera in Die Entführung aus dem serial. He has sung the roles of Bartolo in Le Nozze Di Figaro and Masetto in Don Giovanni in concert settings in Italy and France. He had been invited to perform the Sulpice from Donizetti’s La Fille du Regiment in Martina Arroyo Foundation Young Artist Program where he had the opportunity to be the only Chinese student of Richard Bonynge and got high praise from Maestro Richard Bonynge. He also sung Banco with Orvieto Symphony Orchestra in Italy. He made his debuts in a showcase performance of Macbeth in Carnegie Hall.

Equally at home on the concert stage, Mr. Li has sung performances of Bartolo in National Grand Theater in China, sung his first Mephistopheles in Faust in ShangHai Opera Theater.

He has been honored as most attractive Bass by American Media, He has worked with many distinguished conductors including Richard Bonynge, Willie Anthony Waters, Mark Sforzini, Imre Pallo, and others.
